How do I book directly?
Choose your dates, guest numbers and extras on our booking page, then send your request. We check availability before approving it and sending a secure payment link. Your request alone does not reserve the dates or confirm a booking.
How do we check in?
Arrive from 3pm and let yourselves in using the lockbox for contactless entry. We send the arrival instructions before your stay. Check-out is by 11am.
What’s included in the welcome pack?
A complimentary welcome pack and bottle of Prosecco are provided for each stay. Coffee lovers also have a Nespresso machine, complimentary pods and a milk frother to use during their break.
Is the hot tub included?
Yes. Hot-tub use is included in the accommodation price. If you choose it, a separate £500 refundable hot-tub damage deposit is collected. The refund is initiated within seven days of checkout following inspection, subject to any evidenced damage deductions. Please finish using the hot tub by 10pm.
Can you set up a cot or downstairs bed?
Yes. Select a free cot setup or the downstairs sofa bed (£30 per stay, including linen) when requesting your stay. The sofa bed offers a downstairs sleeping option for guests who find stairs difficult; the house is not advertised as fully wheelchair accessible. Maximum occupancy remains eight guests.
Can we bring our dog or charge our car?
Dogs are welcome: please include them in your booking request. Type 2 EV charging is optional at £0.40/kWh, billed after your stay with a screenshot of the recorded usage. Ten kWh costs £4.
When do we pay, and what if plans change?
The full amount is payable after your booking request is approved. Cancel at least 14 days before your 3pm arrival time for a full refund. For later cancellations, reasonable losses may be retained, allowing for replacement bookings and costs saved. The hot-tub damage deposit is refunded if you cancel. Read the complete terms on the booking page before paying.
Is the house suitable for parties?
The retreat is in a quiet residential setting and is intended for relaxing stays. Parties are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours, especially in the evening.
